Please note that the hot tub is delivered laid on the side on the pallet. The hot tub dimensions are 115cm width x 230cm length x 245cm height.
Please
check available access to the final destination as we don't have any
lifting equipment to lift
the hot tub over fences, building or something like that. The driver is
able to move the hot tub with pallet truck only (suitable ground is
required). Also, if the
hot tub needs lifting/carrying then the customer must provide enough man
power on the delivery day because the driver will not be able to help.
VERY IMPORTANT! Our delivery vehicle is 2.5m width and 3m height, which means minimums 2.8m wide access is required and no overhanging trees on the entrance or en route.
